I'm fairly positive this is only due to an Xbox memory issue. I just load back, approach the same location from a different angle, or at a different time, and the crash is avoided. So far, it's EXTREMELY rare, but when my game does crash, it's usually when traveling on foot and after hours of playing. This is my latest and most current WORKING load order with ALL DLC's INSTALLED. It has been very useful in tailoring my own. Here is a functional load order posted by Aevi_Daudi. I wouldn't want to simply delete it to free up more space because it also adds new enemies, and I'd like to continue running into them even after the quest is finished.
